Onomichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜喫茶 オルタナ

I was looking for a place to relax and ended up here. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the rice was deliciously seasoned. It was braised pork, but both the radish and braised pork were exquisite! The desserts were delicious and the restaurant was cozy. The female staff member was easy to talk to and the food was delicious, completely different from the reviews. It's a place I want to go to again (^^)

Lunch is delicious, but the desserts made by the owner, a former pastry chef, are also very delicious. Personally, I'm happy to be able to drink hot chai! Also, the books and utensils on display are indescribably good. We recommend that you enjoy the tea, sweets, and space by yourself rather than in a large group. This is a precious shop where you can spend your favorite time slowly.

If you walk all the way to the east from the shopping street, it becomes like a bar district, and when I was looking for a place to drink coffee, there were two in front of me, and I still had time for cafe time, so I went to Alterna a little further. A set of gateau chocolate and blended coffee is delicious for 850 yen. I had it at the backmost seat. Cozy. Why five stars? The cake and coffee are delicious, but if you say it's nothing special, it might be right. I don't know, but I fell in love with it. There were Mugonkan books on display, so I talked to the lady at the shop for a bit, and she was very pleasant. The cafe in front looked good, but I was able to find a good store. If I ever come to Onomichi, I want to come again.
