It's more like a coffee shop, or rather a set meal restaurant where you can eat just about anything, and is popular among locals. Today's daily special is fried oysters. It's 800 yen and comes with a small bowl, mini udon, and more. The seasoning also exceeds that of a coffee shop. It was a feast.
