More Comments at Google MapDelicious food and drink in a chic but cozy atmosphere at Café de Vivier! We had the salad with beef tataki, spaghetti with squid sauce (their creation and specialty), chicken in mustard sauce, and finished with ice cream with a sort of strawberry coulis. We also tried their locally made bitters, with both Taiwanese tea and in a highball. Everything was delicious and I would order them all again. The spaghetti with squid was exceptional; I usually don’t find the flavor and texture of squid very interesting, but I loved the full, meaty flavor and texture of the sauce. I look forward to coming back.
I had a cheese hamburger and mixed pizza. To say the least, it's 150 out of 100. From the carrots that come with it, you can tell that each and every piece is made with care. The juicy hamburger, the flavorful pizza, the pasta pescatore, and the seafood risotto were all so delicious that I was shocked. I have never come across a restaurant where I find the food to be this delicious. Of course I want to go again. The atmosphere inside the store is bright and clean, and everything is perfect. However, since it is a private restaurant, I think it will take some time for the food to arrive. It's great that it's becoming popular, but it's such a great store that I wonder if it's becoming too popular. I think it's by far the best in Lake Sagami.
3 minutes walk from Sagamiko Station. This is a Western restaurant that I highly recommend because the food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. Although it looks like a new and stylish cafe, it seems to be a long-established store that opened in 1983, and the food is as you would expect. And somehow it feels like a snack. They are particular about using mineral water, not only for drinking water and coffee, but also for the water they use while cooking. No wonder it's delicious. The first time I saw "spaghetti with squid stew", the balance between the scent of squid, demi-glace, and cream was so good that I thought, "Huh? Is pasta this delicious? ! 'It made me think. This is an original menu that can only be eaten here, so if you like seafood, this is a must-try. The almost spherical hamburger steak was juicy and meaty, but it had a light, bouillon-like flavor and was delicious. It's a taste that can't be imitated. During weekday lunchtimes, they serve salad and coffee or tea. Serious coffee and tea costing over 400 yen, so it's a great value. The salad, simply seasoned with olive oil and salt, was also something you'd find at a restaurant. This is a store I would like to visit again.
