I've been looking forward to it since it opened in February. For lunch, we had a set with dessert and drink. The appetizer plate was surprisingly good. Soybeans, chickpeas, and fresh vegetables were used abundantly, and it was a dish that brought out the flavors of the ingredients. Desserts and drink menus are also abundant. I thought it would be nice to have dessert while drinking coffee by the sunny window.

It seems to have just opened, so I stopped by while passing by. A renovated building from the Showa era. Transoms and old beams remained. It seems to be a cafe with the theme of beans. I ordered a fresh carbonara pasta lunch with dessert. The appetizers were hummus and quiche with natto in them, and the appearance was vivid and enjoyable. The pasta seems to contain chickpeas, which seems to be the original. Carbonara has a strong taste of eggs that exceeds expectations and does not rely on fresh cream. Tofu was hidden in the pasta, and when I mixed it in the middle and ate it, it became even creamier. The dessert seems to be an arrangement of soy milk chiffon cake, but it has a very gentle taste. The strong iced coffee had a solid texture. The shop had just opened and was in a slow mode, but I wonder if it will get busy soon. The service was also polite, and the relaxing time spent by the window reset my fatigue.
