This cafe is kinda like the embodiment of uniqueness and harmony. I could taste each ingredient in their lunch menu, but neither one overpowered the other. Not only that, but each one complemented each other. Acid, fat, salt, sweetness, bitterness. It's perfectly balanced. To top it all off, even though there was meat and butter, it didn't feel greasey. It was clean. The dessert set shared the same balance and harmony, only if was more geared towards bitterness and sweetness. This is obviously a sign that this was perfected over decades of experience. Highly rated.

I entered the store right after it opened to adjust my time and have breakfast. Unfortunately, there were no other customers, probably because of the bad weather. The calm interior of the store and the husband and wife who make you feel at ease. This seems like a good hiding place. I had breakfast, but the buttered toast was served with butter already spread on it. This is surprisingly delicious. I would like to know what kind of butter you use. I use Calpis butter at home, but I don't know if I should bake it better or use white bread, but my toast is a complete failure. It's a little disappointing that dogs aren't allowed on the wooden deck, but it's understandable given how relaxing the restaurant is. It would be better if there were no children or dogs. Although it's a bit far, this is a coffee shop that I would definitely like to visit again.

This is a quiet coffee shop surrounded by greenery. We have a wide variety of coffee menus, including lunch sets and cake sets.
