Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜TAKAO COFFEE

We always stop at Takao Coffee when in the area for hot or iced coffee, lattes, cakes, and cookies, depending on our mood and what looks good that day. (But everything looks good there, every time, so it’s hard to decide but we’re never disappointed! They must have a very talented baker.) We love the friendly atmosphere and clean, modern decor, as well.

Coffee and cake was great. The size seems small but actually very filling. Great place to unwind and take a break after a nice hike or adventure at Mt Takao. This place is great to take a date and have a relaxing time to enjoy good coffee and unwind. The cake texture, taste, and sweetness was excellent. Coffee was great. Overall ambience of the shop was phenomenal. We great place to bring someone to enjoy the day, and talk about anything.

I had delicious coffee soft serve ice cream here! And the service was good too! Nice place! A little uppity vibe for me, but not too bad. I would definitely go back.
