You order via a kiosk and bring the ticket to the counter. The kiosk has an English option and a tab for Vegan options. I got the vegan vegetable buckwheat noodle soba. There was no line around 2 PM and food was ready within minutes. There are seats within.

You should try Tenguyaki! They use black beans and it’s good after hiking the route 1. It’s called tengu but it looks more like Kappa! Cute!

Mountain top dango, with the most delicious sauce. On top of that an amazing view. The sweet older woman grilling the dango was so nice. I loved it up here. Ice cream too is great to have on a hot day.
