I visited in late October as fall rose season was here. Since it was sunny, I chose to sit on the terrace. As the evening approached, the whole garden smelled like roses, and it was a wonderful space! The recommended beef stew was also delicious. I would like to go again during the spring rose season.

It is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy a quiet meal while looking at many roses. The shopkeeper was also very pleasant, and the time I was there was like another world.

A cafe located in a quiet residential area of Kokubunji. It's up to you where you want to enjoy it: on the balcony, in the store, or in the sunroom. There are 3 kinds of herbal water, but you can have it as a cold substitute. Apparently there was a cliff from Kokubunji to Koganei. The view was very nice, reminding me of that kind of terrain. It's not the season for roses right now, so the garden looks like a green remnant of summer, but there are garden roses written on it, just to be fair. But the balcony seats were very nice. I had the beef stew, which received high reviews. It was reasonably delicious, but I feel like the natural yeast bread left a better impression. The chewy bread sprinkled with nuts and berries was very delicious, and I enjoyed eating it with a little beef stew and eating it as is. There were a lot of rose goods in the store, including teapots, teaspoons, trays, key chains, and other accessories. Out of curiosity, I bought something called rose jam. I immediately tried changing the color on the same day. The taste was not particularly memorable, but it did have a sweet smell of roses. It's a little expensive at 800 yen, but it gives you a very elegant feeling. I think it was a very interesting experience. It seems that it gets very crowded during the season, but I think that's when the store shines at its best, so I'd like to visit once. I was planning to drink coffee after this, so I passed on drinks, but they seem to be putting a lot of effort into tea, so I'd like to try that next time.
