I used it between events. It's in the same facility, so I'm glad I was able to relax until just before. It's nice that the second cup of coffee is half price regardless of the type. Is the ice cream expensive? That's what I thought, but I was completely convinced. The clerk was also very nice.

A place for relaxation on the 1st floor of Tower Hall! Morning, lunch, and light snacks such as cakes are also popular. Also available for takeout. There are quite a few types of coffee, ranging in price from 480 yen to 800 yen, and you'll be happy to find plenty in a large cup.

Sometimes it's nice to feel like nothing is being done. It's that kind of shop. There is a morning service, so it might be best to visit early before it gets crowded.
