This is a cafe attached to a bookstore on the second floor of LaLaport near Toyosu Station. I went around noon on a weekday, and the restaurant was empty, and the seats by the window had a nice view, so I was able to spend some time in peace. There seemed to be a happy hour regardless of the time, and it was 900 yen for wine and 3 snacks (quiche, prosciutto, and olives). Also, although it's only available on weekdays, they seem to offer half-price on your second drink. Drinking water is self-serve and paper cups are provided. There was free WiFi, so some people were working there. It was very comfortable, so I would like to use it again for meetings and time adjustments.
