This is my favorite Veloce cafe around Toyocho. Its also the most quiet one. Free water as usual, and nice seats. Great for studying and meeting friends.

It is located about 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Toyocho station. Along the main street, it's pretty easy to see. It was my first time entering, but the inside of the store was very large and there were quite a few seats, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. It was around 7:30 in the morning, and there were quite a few people. . I ordered a breakfast, but the bread was quite thick and there were plenty of ingredients, so I was very satisfied. Oh, by the way, the cafe au lait we ordered together was also delicious! If you have a chance to go to Toyocho again, I definitely want to have tea here!
