Red miso hayashi has a fresh taste that takes advantage of the sourness of tomatoes. The sweetness of the onions is also good. The flavor of red miso in the aftertaste is also unique. Since no demi-glace sauce is used, there is no aroma and the taste is refreshing. The gapao rice that my wife ordered looked perfect with plenty of vegetables, a fried egg, and black rice, but the minced chicken had a very mild flavor, so it wasn't as good as a side dish with rice.
