The set menu of doria and gratin is quite filling. However, it's not as strongly seasoned as at family restaurants, so you won't have to worry about it. It’s been a while since I had “delicious white sauce”…(*´ω｀*) 2022/5/3 I visited ``Natural'' in Furubuchi for the first time in a while to respond to my mother's request. This coffee shop is known for its elegant white sauces such as gratin and doria, but this time I received the tomato and curry doria set (1,350 yen including tax). The flavor is relatively bland, so it might not be enough for young people, but it's just right for women and people in their early 50s. The rice is arranged in a ring inside the plate, with the curry roux in the center. So, if you don't notice this structure and start cutting the rice from the outer periphery of the plate, you will end up with the illusion that it is a ``somewhat soupy curry doria'', so be careful. If you are not careful, you will run out of curry in the second half, so to avoid this, cut the rice around the periphery from multiple directions instead of from one direction. Although I didn't see it in the photo, Natural's set menu also comes with a nice salad. It was delicious tonight too...(っ´ω`c) 2023.3.25 Long time no see natural. This time I'll have a large serving of Neapolitan-style spaghetti. Well, to put it simply, it's Neapolitan. Neapolitan with a slightly sour taste. If you don't like sour taste, sprinkle some grated cheese on it to soften the sour taste...(´ω`c)

This is the store I went into on a whim. It was by far the best shop in the Furubuchi area. The toast and gratin were delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. It's not far from the station, but I think it's in a place where you don't pass by or notice it. The entrance is semi-underground, and you can see the world outside under your feet from inside the store. It's not that it's dark, but it's just the right brightness. You can see the inside of the store just fine from the outside. I felt like I couldn't see the customers, but I could see the counter where the shop staff were. At night, it had a night atmosphere, and from the outside it looked like it had a very relaxing atmosphere. If I ever go to Furubuchi, I would like to go there again.

I had the seafood doria, and the homemade white sauce was very, very delicious. The portions are large and will make you feel full. There was a persimmon on the side salad (a large amount), and it felt like it was carefully made. It was also great to be able to choose cafe au lait as a drink! After the meal, we were drinking coffee and chatting, and they served us sweets🤗I'm glad to see such consideration. It's a good shop 🥰
