Right next to Sunshine City, This is a convenient restaurant where there are always seats available no matter when you go. The food and drink quality is similar to that of a typical chain restaurant, but the prices are cheap, and you can get a coffee and two or three cookies for about 500 yen. Indoor benches around Ikebukuro are often occupied, so being able to rest in an air-conditioned place for just one coin is quite nice.

A coffee shop across the road from Sunshine City. Surprisingly, it seems to be a little-known spot compared to the neighborhood, and if the timing is right, there are seats available even on holidays. It's a classic, but it's easy to spend, and there's a meal-type menu such as sandwich pasta, so it's recommended for a break or when you want to eat properly.
