For all the low rated reviews in English - the cafe is actually a themed cafe for a game called "Ensemble Stars!!". Because it's one of the top mobile game franchises in Japan, reservations are a battle to get for the fans and the system is reservation ONLY, by online lottery, weeks in advance. Walk-ins are never welcome, and the store should probably have a placard to better communicate that to foreigners rather than the small line in English on the sign out front. If you get lucky and they happen to have cancellations, it does seem possible to snap up a slot day-of through the site (they changed the system after I went, so not quite sure how it works now). The empty tables are because the staff needs a rest/cleaning period between reservation periods. In regards to as far as theme cafes go, this is definitely one of the top cafes. While you won't get cutely decorated character food, the food tastes REAL compared to the majority of theme cafes, and you can actually have an enjoyable meal here. The bonus is that you can pretend everything is cooked by a certain Shiina Niki & that Ensemble Square is real! Hearing bossa nova/acoustic renditions of enstars songs is also treat. If you're a fan and are heading to Tokyo, you should 10000% try for a reservation slot! (Stan crazy:b)

I visited for the first time the other day. My reservation was from 10:30, but there were 10 or more other people besides me. Everyone was talking about Enstar, and the conversations I overheard were really fun✨ When you enter the store, there is a small goods corner, cash register, and counter on the right side. I was very happy that the staff at the store were so kind to me. If you don't plan on eating any more, you can pay in advance and relax, and you can have a relaxing time as the Ansta song CINNAMON Ver. is playing inside the restaurant. This time we went with two people, and as we both wanted to eat a lot, we ordered a lot, and as expected, the table seats were not worth the space. We hope for your reference. Also, there are a lot of potatoes! ! ! It was quite salty, which I liked, but there was really a lot of it! I'm thinking of going again because I want to conquer the menu.

I have visited several times. The limited-time menu is often updated, so it's very exciting to try something new every time I go. This time I ordered crazy spicy curry. I also ordered the Japanese-style soy sauce crunch with spices. The curry is carefully made and goes perfectly with the turmeric rice. Delicious every time I eat it! I can't help but say that. When I added some spices afterwards, the taste changed completely, and it was also very delicious! For the drink, I ordered Shirley Temple, which was also easy to drink and delicious. Cafe Cinnamon has a wide variety of drinks and they are all delicious, so I recommend ordering them! The hamburger steak on Cafe Cinnamon's menu is very delicious and the best, so I think I'll order the hamburger steak next time I go.
