Edogawa City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tully's Coffee

The staff here is really nice and kind, also this store has a nice view from the second floor. The environment is really comfortable. Today I went and I was looking at the Harry Potter goods and drinks (I loved the Weasley Nut Brittle Latte since it has tons of nuts). Long story short, I was careless and I grabbed a display thermos from the plastic cap, the cap was loose and the thermos ended up falling on to a cup, then cup then fell to the floor and it broke. I was completely mortified and panicked. The staff came and first thing they did was asked me if I was okay and not to worry about it. My Japanese is not good (especially when I panic) but I understood that everyone was really worried about me first, I appreciate it a lot. They even asked me again if I wasn’t hurt when I got my drink. I’m really grateful to the Tully’s staff.

My favorite is their Hot chocolate and Mocha! Lots of seats with Hirai view from the 2nd floor. They open until 9pm and the regulation is to only use the seats with power supply for maximum 2 hours.

Lots of comfortable seatings available on second floor. The view is nice as well.
