Absolutely adorable little kissaten in Kitasenju, the cakes are delicious and the environment is really comfy. The master is this adorable and welcoming old man and he tried to speak english with us when we were there! The caramel milk was unexpected delicious, its like creme brûlée in a drink, delicious burnt caramel notes that pairs well with a cake
