Osaka, Japan｜町家カフェ北堀江

I'm coming back to edit this review and add some actual text, which I meant to do a while ago but put off until now. This small, unassuming little family restaurant was located right across the street from our Airbnb, and I stopped in one morning to get a quick bite to eat. Service was incredibly fast, the food was delicious and reasonably priced at breakfast, and the owner was a very kind gentleman who clearly cares a lot about his establishment. The restaurant had a traditional kissaten aesthetic to it, which was a new experience for me, as I was just a tourist in the area. I plan to go to Osaka again at some point in time, and I hope I'll be able to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

Awesome service. Disreguard all negative reviews. They are just mad.

The shop I wanted to go to has changed to open in the evening. I think it's a bargain for this area. It was a sweet tooth cafe, but the lunch was delicious. The bracken-starch dumpling was freshly made, highly transparent, and extremely delicious.
