I received a morning set here. Compared to the nearby Starbucks, there are a lot of older people here, and I think it's easier for those people to enter. There are surprisingly many tapioca menu items, so I would like to try that next time.

There are fewer people than Starbucks, and there are fewer participants in the study group. The mont blanc was delicious.

This coffee shop is located on the first floor of the building on the left, just after exiting the ticket gate on the street. It's crowded with customers at lunchtime even on weekdays, but it doesn't seem to be full. I wonder if there are more people who drink coffee with a light meal rather than a hearty lunch? It seems that you can smoke, but the smoking area is completely separated, and even as a non-smoker, I didn't feel any discomfort from smoking. More popular than Starbucks. The price range is also popular. The store was bright and the staff were cheerful. Recommended.
