More Comments at Google MapAfter climbing Mt. Ono and descending the mountain, I was having trouble waiting for the train, and I happened to come across this cafe. It was a stylish tea cafe with a view of the Japanese garden. Since it was after lunch, I had matcha ice cream, hojicha ice cream, and Japanese tea called Hidamari😊 The ice cream was delicious, and best of all, the Hidamari tea was flavored with Shonan lemon and was very refreshing. I heard they were selling it, so I bought it on the way home (100g 1400 yen) There were also healthy-looking lunches, parfaits, and sweets such as mitsumame. It was the perfect restaurant to take a break after climbing.
A shop I used to pass by and was curious about. It's like home. I read about the parking lot on the website before going, but I didn't really understand. But when I went there, it was basically at the back of the store. Once I parked the car, I entered from the back. Please take off your shoes. It's a chair seat. I can see the garden. There is a tatami room next to it. It looks like an old folk house and has a nice atmosphere. The menu seems to focus on local ingredients. On this day, we had a chaabou lunch. 16-grain rice including vegetables, tofu, and meat. There are many items and they are carefully made. It's healthy and delicious. The amount is not that large. Ashigara tea etc. can be added to the set. There were also plenty of udon noodles and sweets. There doesn't seem to be any coffee available. Let's drink Ashigara tea.
The back garden of the store is a parking lot. This is a style where you take off your shoes at the entrance. There are table seats and tatami seats. This is a shop where you can enjoy Ashigara tea with authentic tea utensils. There are also meals and sweets. There was something appealing about the seasonal sweets. This time I ordered matcha chiffon and hojicha latte, both of which were delicious. I want to go again.
