2023.7/8 Beautiful cafe on site. Miripu Toast 500 and Saratto Amazake Mikan 500. Mirippu is a mirin-based sweet syrup that is eaten over soy sauce koji toast. The miripu toast is sweet and salty and delicious, and the amazake mandarin oranges are refreshingly sweet and delicious! A good place where you can relax quietly while looking at the old private house.

I was finally able to go to the cafe, which I could not visit easily because of the opening hours from 11:00 to 16:00. The building that I thought was a cafe that I could see from the road was like a farmer's shop that sells local vegetables, handmade products, fermented foods, and soft serve ice cream (milk, amazake, or mix). It is located on the premises of an old private house with a thatched roof, "Seto Yashiki". When you pass through the splendid gate, there is an old private house in front and a cafe in the back on the right. The soy sauce koji toast and fermented plate that I had decided to eat...Uho, it's a seasonal fig sake compote! ? No, I want to eat Amazake soft ice cream later... I was in agony, but the older sister said, "That might be a bit too big..." He kindly advised me that I could have him eat inside the building. (thank you) As I was guided, there are legless chairs placed here and there in the old folk house "Seto Yashiki", and you can use them freely. It was such a beautiful building that I was afraid to spill it or make it dirty, so I sat down to sit down. All the food is delicious. The amazake ice cream in particular uses amazake made from sake lees instead of amazake made from malted rice. I was moved, so I went back to the direct sales store and bought some sake lees. But on a Sunday afternoon, even though it's such a nice cafe with such an atmosphere, it's not crowded lol. It's been a little over a year since it opened, so it's a little-known spot. I will definitely go again.

I came here for the soft serve ice cream (mix) made with Seto Sake Brewery's amazake and fresh milk from Kaoruno Farm in Yamakita. A luxurious and refreshing sweet on a hot day! It had the aroma and sweetness of amazake, and the refreshing milk was well balanced and really delicious. You can freely enter the Seto mansion, so you can enjoy the nostalgic feeling of visiting your grandmother's house in the countryside, and you can feel the effort and love of the people who have kept it in such beautiful condition. My favorite place is where I can visit once in a while and feel the pleasant breeze of nature.
