I stopped by during snack time and was impressed by the richness of the coffee (Lake Surface), which was roasted in-house. The cake was meticulous, uncompromising, and very delicious. The view of Lake Miyagase from the shop is nice, and I think you'll want to go back again. The handmade (⁉︎) rusk (¥100) that I bought as a souvenir looked beautiful and had a simple taste that made it delicious. thank you
