Nice food with reasonable pricing. Good spot to have lunch or coffee after visiting the shrine.

This cafe/restaurant is located on the left side of Samukawa Shrine's main shrine, next to the subsidiary shrine, Miyayama Shrine. There is a souvenir shop on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. They carry Western, Chinese, and sweet flavors, and you can also enjoy Samukawa Shrine's specialty, ❬Happukumochi❭. I visited Daian Auspicious Day on a weekday for an early lunch time. The restaurant has about 40 seats including table seats, counter seats, and terrace seats. The entire space is made of glass, giving it a bright, clean, and open feel. The fillet cutlet curry I ordered comes with salad and soup. Drinks can be added for an additional 300 yen. Everything was delicious. It is a quiet, calm, and relaxing space that is far removed from the busy shrine grounds filled with worshipers and the traffic jams that surround them. The cafe latte is rich and delicious. After the meal, I had anmitsu with sesame ice cream. It comes with hattai powder for topping. It has a better aroma than soybean powder, and has a nostalgic feel. I feel relieved and calm. It was delicious. Comes with roasted green tea. The staff's customer service was also very polite and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for the meal.

It's a cafe restaurant right next to Samukawa Shrine. I entered the restaurant around 12:20 on a holiday, and luckily I was able to sit right away 🤗 Within 10 minutes, there was a line, so I guess it was good timing 😀 On that day, the food menu was I only had cutlet curry and meat spaghetti, so I ordered cutlet curry and ate it, and it was delicious😀 The inside of the store was bright, clean, and had a good atmosphere 🙂 There are also counter seats for solo customers, so you feel safe. There are also seats on the wooden deck, which gives you a feeling of openness. There is a souvenir shop on the first floor, so after eating or resting, be sure to buy some ``Eight Fortune Mochi'', which is said to bring good luck.🤗It's delicious😀
