a gourmet coffee experience in Fujisawa. Similar to LA intelligentsia, and other 'barista' coffee alike. They really have high-quality, high end stuff, up to the 10000 yen for 250 g. Sampling is encouraged by the staff and there is always a small coffee for free after your purchase. The place is pretty popular so expect a little bit of queue.
