More Comments at Google MapI had lunch at Kurashiki Coffee Shop Sotetsu Life Mitsukyo Branch on the 2nd floor of Sotetsu Life at Mitsukyo Station on the Sotetsu Line. Kurashiki Coffee Shop is a retro cafe affiliated with Saint-Marc, and I could see them brewing siphon coffee in the kitchen. The interior of the restaurant is large at the back, with seating for two to four people. Perhaps because it was a weekday afternoon, the crowd was older, and the atmosphere felt like a social gathering for ladies. For lunch, the menu includes curry, doria, beef stew, and hot sandwiches, typical of a coffee shop. I ordered a shrimp and tomato cream doria lunch. It cost 1,100 yen with a salad and a drink, and I chose a cafe latte. The volume was just right and it was delicious. The Wi-Fi inside the store is fast and comfortable, so it's a great way to kill time. I was able to double use my Sotetsu Life point card and d Points, and I was also able to use various QR code payments.
You can have coffee made with a siphon in the morning. Besides the Kurashiki blend, you can also choose the coffee of the day. The hot sandwiches are satisfying to eat and the butter flavor is the best.
This shop has a calm atmosphere (although it's crowded...), so I end up stopping by after going out. The coffee and food are delicious, and you'll want to stay for a long time.
