Before the state of emergency was declared, the cafe was quite crowded. They were probably waiting for buses or people. When I decided to work on my computer when it was busy, the staff warned me not to linger too long. When I was free, I didn't say anything. It's a comfortable cafe, and above all, it's very easy to use and clean.
