I had a chocolate frozen frappe with a shot of espresso without whip and it was by far better than Starbucks chocolate chip mocha frappe. Give Tulley's a try!

It's been decades since I've visited, but it's as calm as ever. It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, but it was quiet inside. People reading, people having lunch, people having tea in groups. There were many goods related to Harry Potter in the store. There are also some handbag sets that look like coffee lucky bags. Ordered the Earl Gray Royale. Plenty of fluffy cream on top of cold frozen tea. It's the best because I wanted to drink something sweet. The gorgeous scent of Earl Gray and the gentle sweetness of the cream. Take a break while gazing at the yellow-dyed ginkgo of Shirahata Shrine across the street. There is a Treasure parking lot in front of you, but please note that it is not a store that supports parking fee extension.
