This is a valuable restaurant that still has a smoking section. The store staff are also nice people, so it's good. The only downside is that Wi-Fi isn't available.

In spring, the cherry blossoms along the river overlooking the window are beautiful.

There is a nice view along the Kagami River. There is no morning service.
