I came here about 5 years ago, and my friend said she wanted to go to a retro coffee shop, so I came here for the first time in a while. The Showa Cafe seems to have undergone some renovations during the self-restraint period due to the coronavirus pandemic, but it remains the same as before. The carp outside the store are also swimming happily. Please note that orders for meals such as pilaf are still available until 3pm, as before. Sweets such as cakes and parfaits can be ordered after 3pm. The apple pie and apple tart are both good and not too sweet. The hot coffee was a blend with a strong bitterness, and the iced coffee was a blend with a good balance of sourness and bitterness. This is a quaint coffee shop that has been used as a filming location for dramas and bizarre stories in the past. There were several groups of foreigners who were probably sightseeing today. A pure cafe without any confusion. It was a gathering place for ladies to relax in the afternoon on weekdays. All seats are non-smoking, cash only, and meals are served until 3:00 p.m. The low sofa set, Chagall's sunburn on display, and the goldfish aquarium sitting in the border are all very endearing. Neapolitan has a light tomato sauce and is fragrant. The pudding was accompanied by whipped cream, and I also had canned mandarin oranges and red cherries for the first time in a while.
