The cafe is on the second floor of music instrument repair shop. You can wait here having some coffee until your music instrument will be fixed. You can visit only cafe too. I just went for lunch and had sandwich. It was good.

Cafe Bloom is a coffee shop located about a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Hakuraku Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. The sandwiches are delicious! It is located on the second floor of the Central Musical Instrument Revere Center. Enter Revere Center and take the stairs or elevator inside to go to Bloom. When you enter the repair center, there are stairs immediately to your left. Bloom seems to have many people waiting for their instruments to be repaired. There is a monitor inside Mr. Bloom that lets you know when repairs are complete. The coffee shop is stylish and has an open feel. Here, you have to pay in advance. The sandwiches are delicious! recommendation.
