This seems to be the case at all cafes these days, but the smoking section is more crowded. I went there after 12:00 on a weekday, and I was able to get a regular seat with plenty of time.

There is a smoking room at the back of the store separated by an automatic door. You can eat, drink, and smoke cigarettes.
