Since it was recommended to me by another shop, I have stopped by almost every time I come to Negishi. The quiet and cozy atmosphere of the shop is decorated with three wall clocks, a penguin figurine, old CDs, and a variety of coffee equipment, creating a relaxing space where you can feel the personality of the owner and the shop. There are about 8 types of coffee ranging from medium-light roast to dark roast, and I always have them brewed using flannel drip, but they also have paper and cold brew. I sometimes order cheesecake, which goes well with coffee and is delicious. The owner is extremely kind and will brew the cup according to your taste, and will often ask you in a friendly manner, ``Did you like the taste?'' I love this shop, including the overall atmosphere of the shop and the deliciousness of the coffee.

When I told them only my preferences and left it to them, both bowls easily exceeded my expectations. Even without that, I entered the store after receiving high reviews. thank you very much. It was a great time.

It is a calm space with antique furnishings. A place where you can enjoy reading and spending time alone. The carefully brewed coffee is delicious. If it's in my neighborhood, I want to go there. Because it is done by one person, the waiting time is long when it is crowded, so it is recommended when you have plenty of time.
