A rare vegan food cafe on water in Japan! ! The atmosphere is great, and the staff are all so kind! ! The cake was made with soy milk, so even though I ate three small cakes, I didn't feel any burden on my body, as expected from ingredients that are kind to the body!

It was my first time tasting vegan sweets, and they were very delicious with a gentle sweetness! The cream on top of the cake was different from animal-based cream, and the texture was a little chewy and had a refreshing taste. It may not be enough for fresh cream lovers, but it's a nice cream for me, who doesn't like heavy creams ☺️ The menu also had a seasonal feel, making it a relaxing and happy moment. Apparently it's only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but if you're in Chichibu, be sure to check it out! This is a store I would like to recommend.
