I wanted to see where delicious soy sauce is made, so I drove from Tokyo. I was very impressed with how carefully it was made! Even if it looks strange, the contents are completely different from other soy sauces! It's up to each person which one they prefer, but I still want to choose based on the contents (^^) You can shop and there is also a cafe (^ ^) I got miso milk ice cream and it was delicious! Visited while touring on Thursday, July 20, 2023 I bought a meal and souvenirs for both breakfast and lunch. For meals, order the Mamean soup set. All were delicious with gentle seasoning.
