One of the best pizzas ive had in Japan!After 3 years in Japan i have finally found a pizza place foreigners can truly enjoy!! I received a warm welcome from all the staff members upon my arrival. The bread and pizza is made from 100% Organic methods. I went on a saturday, when the lunch is “all you can eat” /Tabehoudai soup, various styles of tasty bread and pizza. The pizza is made in front of you in a natural wood oven and comes out crispy fresh !! The shop also offers detailed explanations of how each ingredient is sourced etc. and each of the organic ingredients. On the day i went the vegetable ingredients used in the pizza were harvested fresh from a nearby farm ! I will be returning soon to enjoy some more wholesome pizza and bread!!

Expensive but delicious. Is it good for people who don't like it too sweet, or rather, want to eat bread that is full of butter and not sweet?
