I stopped by while cycling on Chichibuji. The signboard and exterior have an impact, so I was always curious about it when I passed by by bicycle. Since it was hot this time, I ordered Tochiotome Strawberry (500 yen) from among the rich shaved ice. The syrup is in a separate container and you pour it on yourself as you eat. There are several whole Tochiotome strawberries buried in the ice, and condensed milk at the bottom. I think this condensed milk would be more delicious with shaved ice and strawberries sprinkled on top. Considering that shaved ice from Asami Reizo in Nagatoro costs over 1,000 yen, I think this one, made with fresh strawberries and 500 yen, is a reasonable price.

I went there hoping to get all-you-can-eat konnyaku sweets, but it seems like it's seasonal and limited, so they don't offer all-you-can-eat options. However, it is very cheap even if you order it normally, so I am very satisfied that I can enjoy various frozen sweets and konnyaku agar sweets.

While most shaved ice is priced at 700 yen or 800 yen, I was surprised at the reasonable price starting at 250 yen. What's more, there is free syrup on the side where you can choose as many types as you like. But there are so many different types, how many? The picture is different, but it is topped with matcha condensed milk. Now 530 yen is cheap. If you're in Tokyo, it costs around 900 yen. And it's delicious. Honestly, I thought it was a bit much since it was before rice, but the ice was fluffy and melted in my mouth, so it was much easier to eat than I expected. There's also a size that's bigger than a human head or a basketball, which makes you think it's a joke, but it was also cheap at 350 yen. The price is enough to feed several people, even the children, if they have a little extra pocket money. Other than that, I'm curious about the konnyaku sweets. The restaurant seats about 15 people, but the rotation is good so we didn't have to wait that long. Personally, while I was waiting, I liked the taste of the man who arranged for the ice. It was nice that he talked to me a lot.
