This is my third visit. Today, my husband ordered "Chef's Whim" (puff pastry, blackberries and custard cream), and I ordered "Mousse Chocolat" (chocolate mousse and chocolate whipped cream) (❁´ω`❁) We both had iced coffee to drink. "Chef's capricious" seems to be difficult to cut because the dough is pie dough, but the taste is excellent. "Mousse Chocolat" had chocolate whipped cream that was light and not too sweet, and the mousse was smooth and very delicious☺️ The iced coffee was also fragrant and it tasted like coffee and it was delicious 😋 Since I was thirsty, I was told that I could get another drink for an additional 100 yen, so the two of us had a second glass of fruit tea. Fruit tea looks like shiso juice w It tastes better with sugar syrup. I forgot to ask what kind of fruit you used. But it was delicious 😋 Finally, I bought Earl Gray cookies (500 yen), financiers (200 yen) and cake verts (200 yen) to eat at home. The total was 2700 yen. It is recommended that cakes and drinks are worth the price or more than the price comes out ✨ There was a baby chair in the store, so it seems that it is OK to bring children. Let's go have lunch for 1,100 yen next time🎶

I've been going here since it first opened, and the quality has improved even more. Some people say that the pastry chef has changed, but... what? From what I remember, it's the same staff, right? (Although not everyone). In particular, there is a wide variety of baked goods. Orange Jet is my favorite. My recent routine is to have a cake set and a new cup of tea. Perhaps because of our high reputation, many people who seem to know a lot about cakes come to our store. However, if you were to ask someone who seemed to be a part-time sales person for details about the cake, I felt that if you were going to ask, you should ask the pastry chef who has been here since the store opened. It's a rare and stylish shop in Sayama City, so if you continue to visit it, I'll have more fun.

At first I didn't know where it was so I passed by, but the entrance was easy to enter and the space was calm and comfortable. I had basil pasta for lunch and it was amazing! Even people who don't like basil pasta will fall in love with it once they try it, right? I'm sure I'll come back for this on repeat! Lots of cake and cookies! You can enjoy the happy and troubled time of wondering what to do! ! Recommended! ! It's about a 5 minute walk from Sayama City Station. If you have a car, there is also a parking lot!
