Asaka, Saitama, Japan｜COFFEE MOAT

Very cute little cafe with wonderful food and atmosphere. Our server was very friendly even though my Japanese was poor. I am already planning to come back again!

This is my second visit. No matter when you come, it's a cozy cafe with a moderately dark interior and the sound of a pendulum clock. The space is quiet and relaxing due to the small number of seats. For lunch, I ordered a hot sandwich with pastrami beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese. What's nice about this is that if you order it as a set with a drink, you can also get a salad on the side. (Apparently you can also add dessert) The hot sandwich had the perfect balance of crunchy lettuce, thick tomatoes, well-seasoned pastrami beef, and rich cheddar cheese, and I was surprised at how delicious the bread was sandwiched between them. I think hot sandwiches are a must when you come here. The coffee I ordered with the set was also delicious. They also have a wide variety of desserts such as pancakes, French toast, and hard puddings, so I'd like to try those next time. Thank you for the meal.

A hidden cafe near Asaka Station. I want to talk to the owner and eat delicious Reuben hot sandwiches, so I want to visit regularly. A wonderful shop where stylish jazz flows in a New York store. There are various foods and drinks, but in the end I always ask for Reuben hot sandwiches and Mort blend (laughs) The coffee that is carefully brewed one cup at a time after ordering is really delicious. Offering plenty of mugs and extra sweets are also nice ^ ^ Maybe next time I'll ask for more pastrami. Whenever I visit, my stomach and heart are always satisfied. it's one of my favourite stores!
