Fujimi, Saitama, Japan｜chapot cafe

It is located behind LaLaport Fujimi. It is a quiet cafe with a relaxing atmosphere and a hideaway for adults. The butter and honey toast went really well with the refreshing and easy-to-drink black coffee. Japanese pottery handmade by the artist is also sold in the store, and it is possible to visit the store just to purchase. There is only 5 parking spaces, so it is not suitable for large groups. (There was a sign at the entrance encouraging small groups to come.)

It is located behind LaLaport. Coffee is blended with several types of straight coffee I think the brew is carefully dripped at a low extraction temperature to avoid any unpleasant flavors. I can't see the kitchen, so I'll judge based on the taste of the drink, the temperature range, the sound of the work, etc... There is no strange sour taste even if you drink it after it has cooled down. Some people may think that the coffee is cold even though it has just been served. Atmosphere is pretty good It felt like time was passing differently here. Recommended(^O^)／

A calm shop where the tick tock sound of the clock will calm your mind. They have a good selection of coffees and they are all delicious. Cakes are also delicious, but I recommend baked sweets using walnuts. Personally, I'm happy that the books that are lined up have similar tastes 😊
