Sōka, Saitama, Japan｜Kaikatsu CLUB Sokaten

This is an internet cafe along the national highway. It was my first time using it. I was a little worried because there were a few steps up the stairs from the outside entrance to the store entrance, but once I entered the store, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the store were kind and spoke politely. Internet cafes are progressing these days (I don't use them much, so maybe that's just what I think). There are free showers, non-smoking (there is a smoking booth, but only heated ones), and apparently you can do laundry. I understand that some people use it instead of a hotel. I didn't stay that long, but I had a comfortable time. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

At the Soka store, bath towels were still free to use. The store has not yet introduced a self-checkout system, so please check in with the reception staff when entering and leaving the store. have to intervene. Customer service is polite, kind and friendly I was able to use it comfortably without any burden.

I used it in the morning on weekdays. It was my first time, but the female staff was very kind and polite to respond, explain, and guide me, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. The inside of the store was clean, and the booths and toilets were well cleaned, so I was able to use them comfortably. I would like to use it again.
