I came here after receiving a recommendation from the owner of Fukkachan Shop! The shop was nice, the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the drinks and food. Curry yakisoba is a delicious dish that could become more popular as a local gourmet dish!

This coffee shop is located along the alley on the south side of the former Nakasendo in Nakamachi, Fukaya City. The exterior is a modern Western-style building. The inside of the store is also stylish and calm. There are counter and table seats. There is a new local gourmet in Fukaya called "Curry Yakisoba". I tried it because it was served here. As you can see in the picture, the egg is on top of the yakisoba. It's a fluffy soft egg. So to speak, it is omelet yakisoba. Sauce and mayonnaise are applied to the surface. The curry yakisoba inside is chewy noodles with lots of ingredients. Fluffy egg, chewy noodles, curry flavor, sauce and mayonnaise, These combinations are exquisite. Irresistible anymore. It was so delicious. thank you for the food.

Curry yakisoba with lots of green onions ------ Yakisoba with a fluffy omelet (with mayonnaise) on top. (November 23rd is Fukaya Negirai Day) There were also a lot of green onions on it. The sauce was thick and not sour, just the way I liked it, and it was delicious. (It didn't taste like curry...)
