Kumagaya, Saitama, Japan｜Hoshino Coffee

I was surprised how busy it was. Around lunch time, there was a short wait to get a table. I tried the Hoshino coffee and pancakes. Coffee was a bit darker taste than I would ideally like. Pancakes were great. Looking forward to visiting again.

It was delicious😋 The hot dog bun was perfectly toasted and had a crispy texture. The potatoes also had a mild taste. The coffee also has a satisfying fruity flavor.

Morning service is until 11am. Thick toast with lots of red bean paste and butter (550 yen) is more dangerous than a certain free breakfast restaurant. It's just a shame that the red bean paste is covered in coarse salt from the beginning. Next time I'll order it without salt.
