When I ordered lemon tea, I was told that it would only be straight tea, so I ordered black tea. The tea that came out was hot! ️I thought I was ordering iced tea, so when I complained, they said they would make it again right away, but it was a waste, so I'm fine with this. When I told my daughter about the exchange, she told me that she never said it was iced tea. However, the staff member brought me an iced tea and said if it was okay, I'd like to try this one. I said I would pay for it, but they said it was fine. I felt sorry for the kind response even though it was my mistake in ordering.
