There are not many seats in the store, so you may have to wait in line when dining. The menu provides set meals. One plate includes staple food, salad, side dishes, soup, and multi-grain rice. There is tea in the store for self-service. Desserts and other beverages need to be ordered separately. We went there at almost two o'clock that day, and some of the meals were already sold out. I suggest you go there early to eat. The portion size of the meal is just right and filling. I also had some hojicha pudding that day, which was also delicious. It had a moderate tea flavor, slightly bitter caramel sauce, and refreshing cream garnish on top. I really liked it. You can only pay in cash, the clerk is very friendly, there is a toilet inside, and the overall atmosphere is like a warm Japanese canteen👍

It is a gentle and delicious cafe dining room. Sweets are also very delicious. I wish I had some coffee.

I visited on a Friday at 11:45. There was only one staff member, but since there were only a few seats, it was sufficient. Drink your own water. For the rice set, choose the main side dish from the blackboard. I chose No. 3 fried mackerel and curry tartare. The mackerel was thick and very delicious. (Be careful not to stick too much to the bones) The side dishes, multi-grain rice, and miso soup were all delicious, and at 1,000 yen, I think it's rare in Kawagoe, a tourist destination. Although I was full, I wanted to eat hard pudding, so I ordered more along with iced coffee. The iced coffee is freshly ground from beans and is also delicious. The pudding is "a nice egg pudding" For the first time in decades, I found a really hard pudding♪ There were other puddings on the blackboard. It seems that all puddings are hard puddings. I would like to try other puddings next time. If I go to Kawagoe again, I'd like to stop by for lunch, but the person at the restaurant has a big stomach, so they'll only be serving rice ball sets, pudding, and drinks in June, and she'll be on maternity leave from around July. Please give birth to a healthy child. I'm looking forward to eating delicious food again!
