Gyoda, Saitama, Japan｜Mameya Direct Fire Roasting Coffee

I live on the road. Today's coffee fix took me to a town Northwest of Tokyo. Fire roasted coffee, roasted to perfection. The smells, and the taste were exquisite. Prepared in a pour-over style, this is arguably some of the best coffee I've had in recent memory. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend stopping for coffee. Chocolate cake that we had was also excellent.

Found it by chance while passing by. I passed by once, but was drawn in by the exterior, so I made a U-turn and came to the store. I received today's coffee Brazil Santos. It was very delicious with a mellow flavor and just the right amount of thickness and warmth! The inside of the store was filled with the scent of coffee, and the interior was decorated with great attention to detail. I want to go there from now on!

The store had a nice atmosphere and I was able to buy some good beans. Both the brownie and Mont Blanc were delicious.
