Starbucks TUTAYA Higashi Omiya Hareno Terrace store This is a rare type of bookstore that has a large coffee shop inside the bookstore. You don't often see Starbucks inside bookstores. I feel like the person who buys coffee inside the bookstore is welcome to relax. This Starbucks was just like any other Starbucks, with students and computer users coming in. If you want to sit down and relax and drink coffee even though it's a bookstore, why not try it out? The Mirai Bookstore on the 2nd floor of Hinode Aeon Mall in Tokyo looked like this Although it's not a bookstore, the ECU store inside JR Tachikawa Station is similar to this one in that there's a Starbucks inside the store. A cozy and homely Starbucks. I always go there whenever I have time. Weekday nights are nice with fewer people. However, it is quite crowded from noon to around 7pm. The people working there are also very friendly. Personally, I would prefer a sofa seat. The terrace seats on the grounds of Hare's Terrace are the best. And for some reason, I feel like their iced coffee is better than other Starbucks.

*Added on June 24th. Yesterday, I went to Starbucks to try out the new Double Matcha Tea Latte. When I go to the cash register, it says "sold out"... When I expressed my sadness to the store clerk, saying, ``It's sold out...'', she replied, ``We've run out of Kushisik syrup, so if you don't mind, we can provide it without syrup or with a different syrup.''
