I'm a bit picky about hamburgers. I went there after hearing that hitiwa's hamburgers were delicious. It will be a hamburger specialty store only two days a month. It's a precious 2 days lol The inside of the store has a nice American diner atmosphere. There are spacious counter seats and table seats, as well as terrace seats. For the hamburger, I ordered the spicy burger with salsa sauce. It was as delicious as rumored. The thick patty is well-cooked and juicy, and the bun is ideally crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. When I asked the handsome staff member, he told me that not only the patties, but also the buns and sauces are all handmade. That's delicious. It was a hamburger that looked good, smelled good, and tasted good. I'll probably repeat here. Thank you for the meal!

The atmosphere of Hitiwa's storefront, interior, and staff is ◎. I felt so comfortable talking with the moms and customers that I ended up spending more time there than I had planned. The watercolor paintings on the walls also look like a gallery. Next time will be hamburger day♪ I will come again and again!
