I finally went to a place that I had been curious about for a while. I ordered a blend and an American chunk cookie. It was a nice shop with a somewhat rustic, yet stylish, industrial feel that fit into a small space that could accommodate roughly 3 groups (maximum of 10 people?). Not only was the background music not too loud and the brightness of the atmosphere nice, but the staff at the store gave me a nice explanation of the coffee of the day and the blend when I ordered. Easy to understand. I'm glad it's friendly to coffee beginners. Today's blend was Kokumaro Blend. I was told that the bitterness was stronger, and I was happy because I personally prefer the stronger bitterness lol. However, the cookie I ordered to accompany it was quite sweet, and it was difficult to offset it with the Kokumaro blend. It's a nice cafe near Kasukabe Station, in front of a closed railroad crossing. Most of the railroad crossings here are not open, so even if you stay there for a long time, it will be a mistake. I think it's a nice cafe where you can relax and feel comfortable.

I wanted to drink coffee while traveling by train from Kashiwa to Omiya, so I searched for demons while riding the train. I was at Kasukabe Station, where the express train stops, so I got off and walked for about 5 minutes. It's located right in front of a closed railroad crossing, and I entered the store passing by a long line of cars waiting to cross. The inside of the store is small, but it doesn't feel cramped and feels clean. There are two round table seats and one sofa seat. When 3 groups enter, the place is full. I wanted to do some work, so I ordered a light coffee and a cheese-flavored Oreo cocotte. The coffee is less bitter and more fruity. Although it wasn't so sour, the bitterness and aroma unique to coffee were modest, making it an easy-drinking coffee without any strong taste. Oreo Cocotte is a delicious dish that combines the Oreo chips with a subtle sourness of cheese. Although it had a moist texture, it didn't feel heavy, making it an easy-to-eat dessert. After working for almost an hour while having coffee and dessert, I ordered an additional cafe mocha hot. This was quite delicious. The cafe mocha at Starbucks has a very strong creamy and chocolatey taste, and is very sweet, but the one at this shop is lighter! There's no sticky sweetness, and you can drink it easily. I wonder if this should have been ice cream? I regret it a little. Today's coffee was 400 yen, Oreo cocotte was 480 yen, and cafe mocha was 550 yen. I couldn't find a parking lot, so I think you'll have to walk, but it's not far from the station, so why not stop by if you're near Kasukabe Station?

This cafe is located right near the closed railroad crossing near the east exit of Kasukabe Station. If you go from the west exit side, you will be stuck at a railroad crossing that is not open, so be careful. The pleasant clerk explained about today's coffee and I was able to enjoy the difference. Homemade muffins also go well with coffee. I would like to try other sweets as well. It seems like they also sell beans, so it might be fun if you can listen to their characteristics before buying. It was a store that I would like to go to again. There are only a few seats, so you may need to be careful about crowds.
