Used when exhibiting at "Vietnam Pho Festival 2023" in Yoyogi Park. Ordered the Crispy Roast Pork Banh Mi. French bread is It had been a while since I baked it and it had cooled down, but Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Plump dough with a little elasticity. There are plenty of vegetables in the ingredients. There is quite a lot of roast pork in it, and the meat is fatty and juicy. It's filling and the volume is outstanding. The taste is also delicious. Considering the taste, quantity, and price, the banh mi eaten in Japan is of excellent quality.

I entered the store around 3pm. When I tried to order the chicken pho set, I was told that it was out of stock. He said, ``Banh mi is delicious,'' so I decided to order the recommended one. When asked if coriander was okay, I answered no problem. Served after a short wait. It's definitely delicious. The bread dough is crispy and fragrant, and the meat is juicy. The sauce is sweet and spicy, and the coriander is a nice accent. The Vietnamese coffee was a bit watery, but the banh mi was so good that it didn't matter. It was very delicious, so I think I'll try the pho next time. Added on May 5, 2023 I ordered beef pho and fried spring rolls, which were also juicy and very delicious. The gochujang-like stuff that the staff recommends for adding to pho is quite spicy, so be careful with the amount. This Vietnamese coffee was quite strong. It feels good to cleanse my palate. Next time I would like to order dessert.
