I love this place so much, the atmosphere is relaxing and the owner is so nice. He can speak English well and so friendly. I strongly recommended here. If you are worry about language barrier, NO NEED!! The cafe is next to train station. The coffee is good as well as tea 👍

Perfect place to have a drink or a snack! Definitely try the ice coffee that is served in a fancy ice cold cup!

I entered the store with my partner around 4:30pm on a weekday. There was nothing like the past reviews, and I was welcomed by the gentle-mannered host. I received a half waffle (800 yen) and a drink set (400 yen). I don't know much about coffee, so I ordered a blend, but it was delicious with a good balance of sourness and bitterness. Apparently, the waffles are prepared from flour after ordering, and they were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making them the most delicious waffles I've ever had. They usually serve it with seasonal fruit, but that day it was homemade apple sorbet. The sherbet was as rich as the apple itself, and I was shocked at how delicious it was. Another customer explained that they use apples for apple pie and make it without adding any water. It's less than a 1-minute walk from Minamihatogaya Station, so I'd definitely visit again.
